I would like to invite you to the first SlyVisions contest! As you might have already seen from my About page, I have a little Chip-In widget in which people can help me donate for my new MacBook Pro. Finally, putting that widget to good use, here’s a good reason for you to chip in: a contest! Here’s how to enter.

Get 2 Entries For Every $5 Donated
That’s right. For every $5 you chip in for my MacBook Pro, I will add your name to the drawing box twice. The more you chip in, the more drawings you will get. So if you chip in $25 for example, you can earn yourself 10 easy entries. Remember, this counts as a donation (so it’s not illegal). Chip-In is a secure service that collects money that is transacted to a PayPal account.

Get 1 Entry For Reviewing SlyVisions and the Contest
Don’t have $5 to enter? Then you can just review SlyVisions! All you need to do is to write about this contest and you will get an easy entry. Here is a good and short example of a review.

So What’s the Prize?
What’s the reward you say? Well, as you can see from the post title, you win all three things: a 125×125 banner ad spot, a free review of your site, and I will add your blog to my blogroll. The banner will stay for 2 months, while the blogroll link and the review will stay forever. Normally, if you were to purchase a banner ad spot and a review, it would cost you $90. But by winning this contest, you’ll get it all free.

I am not sure yet to how I will randomly pick the winner for the contest. I’m thinking of running it on some sort of software or just plainly pick a name out of a hat. Whatever it is I do, I’ll surely make a video of it so you can see how I chose the winner. Good luck!
