Tim Ferris from the 4 Hour Workweek (great blog by the way… I still need to get the book) had recently just posted up a video on how to “peel” hard-boiled eggs without having to, well, peel the eggs. Basically, he shows you how to remove the outer-shell of the egg without actually having to go through all the hassle of peeling. Check it out:

What I do is that I crack the shell all around and you peel the shell in two pieces
instead of piece by piece :p
Also saves you baking soda

OK, wow I shall have to try this one out. I haven’t heard of this before, and your trick certainly looked very impressive!
Peeling the eggs is the number one complaint my website users have, and many folks have great success with the techniques I have posted on my site. But I am open-minded so will try this one out for sure! Thanks for the tip!
