Crazy Egg is an internet service that lets you track your web site visitors’ actions. You literally can see a visual mapping (called the Heatmap) of where most of your visitors were clicking and moving their mouse. Crazy Egg is a perfect tool to test which ad placements for your site gives the best results. It can also show you how good your site design is, in terms of how well your content is found and clicked. The results will tell you basically the right spots for where to put any of your content.
Setting up a test is very easy. Just sign up for Crazy Egg, add a page from your site that you want to test, add the HTML code given to you, then come back to Crazy Egg when your results are finished (or you can see Live Reports). There are so many cool features that they just had to limit users with the free account. There are 4 other accounts other than the free one, and they range from $9/month to $99/month. If you just have a small site or blog, a free account is still best for you.

I was brought to this post after reading your other posts about tools bloggers can use and I clicked on the crazy egg name to get it for my own use and I was brought here so I thought Id leave a comment here to let you know that I just got myself that crazy egg and thanks for sharing this with us it will be of use to me and now I can learn what hot and whats not on my blog. This is an excellent resource. For so long I’ve had to pressure friends to visit my site just so that I can watch over their shoulders to see how they navigated around, but this method is so much better (and less annoying).
