For those of you who’ve been keeping up with the blog, you already know that this blog has been sold at the SitePoint marketplace. Not even two days of the blog auction being put up, it was already bought at the buy-it-now price of (ready?) $9,500.
Now this is the part where I welcome you the new owner of this blog.
I present to you, Paul Briggs. Paul is also an entrepeneur that has been making a full time income from the web for over 10 years now. He owns a network of blogs which include ScreenHead.com, DigitalBattle.com, and ScooteringUSA.com. Now I don’t know about you, but I think Paul is going to be a great blogger here on SlyVisions. I believe that he will be able to provide you with some great tips on internet marketing, blogging, and making money online just as much as I did. He’s been working very hard since claiming this blog, so I’m sure he’ll be awesome.
Now a lot of people have been asking me… “what’s next for you Sly?”. All I can say is that I’m not going anywhere. The only thing that happened is that SlyVisions got a new owner. That’s it. I’m still blogging. I’m still Twittering. I’m still networking. In fact, I’ve already got a new blog started (if you can find it, you’re awesome) and another one on the way.
Oh and by the way, I’m still going to stick around here at SlyVisions where I’ll write a (guest) post here and there, so keep an eye on them. I’ll be gone for two weeks, though, starting on December 17th where I’ll be visiting my home country of the Philippines for the first time since coming here to the US. But when I come back, I’m back in business!

Thx Sly I just hope I can do as good a job as you have done with SlyVisions.com. And it’s great to here that you will still be around to post and comment on the site. I have a few ideas for the site that I would like to implement over the coming weeks some of which are more regular updates on the site and ideas I haven’t learnt over the years on how I have been making money from blogging.

WOW $9.5k that’s awesome. Hello there Paul! I’m a follower of this blog.
Sly - So you’re going here in the Philippines. You will be spending Christmas here? $9.5k is enough for you to buy a gift for me. HAHA just kidding.

Thx everyone I got big shoes to fill
I’m first going to try and get the post level up too two or three post a day within the coming weeks, this is a hot subject.
Yes it is alot of money, I brought SlyVisions for four reasons
1. It’s a well established site with great content a good niche and is very well put together.
2. It has quite a good presences on social media networks and other blogs.
3. It has good backlink popularity and has quite a good presences in Search engines.
4. I thought the money per ratio of traffic was good and could be built up to quite alot over time.
I guess this my first piece of advice on the site
when looking to buy a website. I have brought all the websites I own and some are paying themselves off ten fold.
