Safari extensions gallery launched

Firefox and Chrome have had extensions and plugins for a while, and finally Apple’s Safari is joining the club. Apple updated Safari to 5.0.1, and released the Safari Extensions Galley, where users can check out some cool extensions for their Safari browser.
