I think it’s time for another poll. The last one asked you which blog redesign you liked better between ProBlogger and John Chow dot Com. This one is about your blog/site’s traffic, and by now you should already know what the question is. So what is your site’s leading source of traffic? Do you rely heavily upon Google? Or are you a good internet marketer? Let us know by taking taking this poll and make sure to leave comments as well!
If you enjoyed this post, make sure you subscribe to the RSS feed and the

How do you vote? I don’t see it anywhere. All I am seeing are the results from the 6 people that have already voted.

Search Engines should win this poll easily!

For a new blog, StumbleUpon and other social bookmarking are going to be your best traffic source. This will gradually switch to Google after you content hits about 100 pages and the site ages a few months.

Most of my traffic comes from Social Media sites and referrals from other sites so I selected Other. I do get a good bit of traffic from StumbleUpon, but it is not the main source of my traffic.

The majority of my traffic is StumbleUpon. I do get a fair share from the search engines though.

Since I enjoyed bloghopping, my traffic will be largely from other blogs resulting from the links of my comments and also my MyBlogLog avatar.

I really try to have the more sources possible… from search engine to social bookmarking but google search engine seems the one that give me the highest conversion . and yahoo search engine is almost at 100% of conversion… pretty sad that nobody use it

I get a few from Google and Stumble upon, but the most comes from the Software industry where people want to download my software for free.
Also I think there should be a difference between regular traffic and targeted traffic.

You know, I keep hearing that yahoo and google are THE two biggest search engines. Almost 50% of the traffic our site has gotten since December of 07 has been from google searches…0% from yahoo. Go figure.
