Try to change the template because it’s black and I don’t like it. Try to use colours like orange , white , light blue , not black …

Nothing will happen if we use the flash in the website. The loading time is entirely depends upon server we use and the connection.

The site is looking great.If we use flash in the website then it would load very slowly.I suggest you not use the flash.
