Ah, the first month of 2008 is almost over and there are still 11 more coming up. For some news, I am proud to say that I recently just won 1000 Entrecard credits from ProBlogger. That’s a lot of free advertising that I can use! Oh, and speaking of Entrecard credits, I would like to congratulate Hafiz for being this month’s Comment King. I know that the month is not officially over, but with a 20 comment lead, it’s not possible for anyone else to catch up (sorry spammers). Anyway, you just earned yourself 400 Entrecard credits! Just contact me from the contact page with your Entrecard information so I can send you your credits as soon as possible . As for the new prize for the next Comment King, I’m still thinking about it and not sure whether to give away another set of Entrecard credits (probably the 1000 I won from ProBlogger) or $$.

Well, this is it. The year 2007 is about to end and 2008 is upon us. I have now officially blogged for 6 months! I say officially because I am not counting April and May since I never had my own domain and was never serious about it at the time. It wasn’t until I bought Slyvisions.com in the month of June that I officially called myself a blogger.
Anyway, the first 6 months have been really cool. I have achieved many of my goals (making hundreds of $$$ online, getting a few links from ProBlogger, being the featured blogger on MyBlogLog, etc.) and have written a lot of articles that I never knew I could write. So speaking of articles, here are the top posts of 2007. Have a Happy New Year!

It’s finally December, the best time of the year! November just ended with a new month coming in for Slyvisions dot Com. Congratulations to Michael for winning the commenting contest and for everyone else who participated and got free links for each comment you made. In terms of other news, nothing really happened this month, except for the fact that I have finally moved from RapidWeaver to WordPress. Oh ya, and Google took my PageRank away too. But hopefully Google will look over my reconsideration-request and give it back. If not, then the hell with Google… just kidding!

I’m going to end this month of October a day earlier with the Top Posts and a wrap-up. This month has been very good in terms of blogging and making money online. First of all, I am currently the Hot Member of the #1 blogging community on the internet, MyBlogLog. It brought me a flood of new readers and traffic and it was surely an awesome experience being featured on MyBlogLog. Also, Slyvisions finally earned a PageRank! Even if it is just a PR of 3 (it was a projected 5), I am still happy with it since it can really be considered higher before the new Google PR policies (by the way, YouTube has a PR 3 as well). Nobody really cares much about PR anyway.

I’ve been quite busy as some of you guys have noticed. School and family always comes first, so I am not having much time updating the site for the past few days. If anyone wants to write guest post here on Slyvisions, I’d be happy to post it up. Just let me know about it and contact me. I am a day late for this month’s wrap-up, but here are the top posts and a wrap-up for August. This month has just zoomed by like it had never even occured. While increasing my site traffic, improving my Alexa ranking (currently 128,491), and meeting new bloggers and friends, I have decided that Slyvisions needed a new look. The new theme is now cleaner and more organized. Also, there are no more Google Ads on any blog posts other than the ones you see on the top and the other pages. I’m still trying to fix the top header with the logo and titles.
