Haha - great post! Once Ive been working a while I find a few sweet go a long way to increasing my attention levels. My favorites are “tangy fruits”…not sure if you guys have these in the USA or whereever youre based but if you do - try them out!!! (Im also an energy drink addict…cant get enough of the Red Bulls even though Im sure theyre terrible for my health!)

I love eating gummy bears, they are so good and delicious. I pretty much like snacking on candy. Anything with sugar just wakes me up.
